When you opt in to SMS or other messaging services, we collect and store your mobile phone number. This data is used only for service-related communication, not for marketing purposes.

No sale of mobile data

In compliance with A2P and 10DLC regulations, your mobile phone number will not be sold, shared, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Opt-in consent

By opting in to text messaging, you consent to receive recurring messages. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message, or by contacting info@cleanupcongresspac.com.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Additional mobile data restrictions

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with any third party.

05 · Third-Party Services

• Payment processing. We use WinRed and other processors to handle contributions. These services collect payment information directly and are subject to their own privacy policies.
• Supporter data systems. We maintain supporter-data systems with industry-standard security controls. Access is limited to authorized staff and vendors under written agreement.
• Hosting and infrastructure. We use cloud providers, including Amazon Web Services, for hosting and storage.
• Email and messaging. We use email and SMS platforms that may access your contact information for delivery purposes.
• Analytics. We use analytics platforms to understand website usage and improve our services.

Cookies and tracking

We and our partners may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your interaction with this site for analytics or advertising purposes. Supporter lists

Lists of individuals, organizations, or entities that engage with us through online or offline activity — contributions, petitions, and similar — are used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We retain ownership of that data and may share it with our service providers for operational purposes and as required by law.

Jointly owned data

New data collected through voluntary subscriptions, opt-ins, or similar means, whether through our efforts or those of limited partners, may be jointly owned by Clean Up Congress PAC and those partners. Mobile data is excluded from this provision and will not be shared or jointly owned in any manner.

We are committed to complying with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act (MODPA), and other relevant state and federal regulations.
